Requesting to have a meeting or workshop webcast and/or archived for on demand playback.

*Please send all webcast requests to the VTS mail alias. A confirmation email will be returned when the request is received and scheduled.

*Please include the following information in your request:

1. Name, email & phone number of contact person
2. Start time of meeting or workshop
3. Approximate ending time of meeting or workshop
4. Meeting location
5. Link to meeting agenda
6. Please specify if the event is to be a live broadcast, encoded for on demand or both.
7. Who is the intended audience and relative bandwidth connectivity?
   -NCSA staff
   -University
   -General Public

*Please make sure to send all requests at least 2 weeks in advance of meeting.
Due to a limited equipment & staff, the earlier you send the request, the more likely we will be available.
